This motel is just great! I and my wife were staying in the Unit 5 on the first floor, with a great sea view - spacious, clean and comfortable unit. There was also a deck equipped with a couple of chairs and a table - great stuff! Despite having fine weather (read: sun, sun, and more hot sun) for all the days of our stay there, there was no need in air conditioning. The service was outstanding, the beach - across the road, nice bakery nearby. Overall - absolutely awesome! We know now where to stay next time in Paihia...

Excellent!!
This motel was great! Directly across the road from the beach, rooms cleaned every day, walking distance to Paihia shops, Countdown supermarket and Waitangi. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, close to paihia. Clean and comfortable, and definately worth the stay. Central to 90mile beach tour, bay of islands tour, plenty of places to eat too! highly recommended!.

A good location as within walking distance of Paihia and Waitangi. The motel was well equipped and generally clean, although our rubbish bin was overlooked and not emptied. We had two units on the ground and I did think that the surcharge for a water view for the front one was not warranted as the view was more cars and road.
