An excellant bed and breakfast First time visit to NZ from Australia, my wife and I stayed with Phil and Wendy at Decks of Paihia for two days in March 2010. They are friendly people with a good sense of humour. Accommodation is very clean and of a very high standard with the hosts providing good advice on the local area, attractions and restaurants. Continental breakfast included with the room was great with interesting mix of cereals, fruits, breads and other cold assortments. All in all a convenient place to stay, close to the main frontage but still very quiet and peaceful. A very central location to explore the Bay of Islands and Northland. Highly recommended. |
