Built in 1883, by Robert Campbell this character heritage home has been recently renovated to encompass all the modern day comforts whilst maintaining its Victorian 'bones'. The house is 3 minutes walk to beach front cafes and restaurants, hot salt water pool, surfing beaches, beauty spa, florist and hairdressers. 2 excellent golf courses are 10 minutes away. It is a 10 minute car journey to the CBD, and there is a frequent bus service to the city departing at the esplanade.

The Luxury accommodation features solar hot water and central heating. Guests have their own lounge with SKY tv, log burner and a piano. The dining rooms has on open fire, complimentary minibar and tea and coffee facilities.
