Historic Pagoda Lodge and Jade cottage have polished hardwood floors, tasteful Asia Pacific decor & are set in Park like grounds on the edge of a tranquil river and Keri Keri Inlet. The rooms are comfortable and range from large Family flats and Studio apartments to a Honey moon cottage. All have lovely park, garden, river and Pa site views.

With mature gardens, a well equipped facilites block, our exciting range of boutique camping ("glamping") accommodation and a custom-built marquee on the large river-view deck, we have become a much sought after wedding venue in Northland.

Nearby in Inlet road, we offer a luxury Villa and secluded cottage set in a 24 acre estate with wide and unobstructed views over many hectares of lakes, bird reserve and forests.

At Pagoda Lodge, the bird song, elaborate sub-tropical gardens, flowing river, plentiful fish life and dramatic silver gums on the Pa site provide the perfect blend of earth, wind and water!

We provide a whole new experience in luxury or boutique camping ("glamping") - enjoy romantic Gypsy Caravans with sweet smelling Japanese cedar finishes or deck-mounted, luxury Safari Tents with stylish furnishings, all comforts and breathtaking water views.
Life sized Buddha's and Pagodas complement the mature gardens.

We offer 30 powered and un-powered camp sites. Most of the powered camp sites have lovely river views.
Toilets, showers, well equipped kitchen (with cutlery) & laundry are nearby.


Next door are famous heritage sites: The Maori Chief, Hongi Hika's Pa site, Rewa's Village and the Stone Store river basin with New Zealand's oldest settler buildings.

There are lovely walks to two waterfalls, swimming from our own jetty, kayaking on the river and biking trails.

Our concept is to provide "a magical, integrated experience with nature at our special river front property yet with all possible comforts and a certain style".
For a romantic getaway, enjoy nostalgic gypsy caravans or furnished safari tents with a touch of luxury on special sites, many with stunning water views. All have comfortable beds, quality linen, drapery & electricity. Private & garden-screened, the caravans have raised queen beds, special glass windows, French doors, Japanese cedar lining, fridge, kettle & outside washing facilities. Toilets, showers, well equipped kitchen (with cutlery) & laundry are nearby.

The large, central entertainment deck with marquee, café-style seating & barbecue overlook the water & silver gums of the Pa site.
